Tools and Tips

As we are in the week of the 11/11 gateway and energy of the full moon this is bringing in high streams of light. I have felt elated and a sense of peace and calm. I have to assume that my practices have allowed me to integrate as well as ground this energy. For some that may be having a difficult time and for those that just want to keep a sense of balance the following are some tips I’ve been guided to share.

Nature Walks- Not just walking blindly and unconsciously but look around, look up at the sky, at the ground, the surroundings. Feel the outdoors, the air, the grass, the dirt, the water, the sun, smell, hear the sounds. Use your senses to connect with nature and tune into our soul, our intuition.

Breathe- Take long intentional breaths. Breathe in slowly, allow your body to fill, beginning at the pelvic area, rising up into the belly and allow your breath to expand into your heart, hold it, if you can and then slowly breathe out. Take long breaths while cooking, folding laundry, as you do what most consider mundane every day tasks, take it in.

Listen– Just listen without judgement, without the need to fix.

Surrender- Know what you want, visualize it, write it down, meditate on it and then surrender it. Trust that whatever needs to take place, will. Know that it may not be exactly how our human ego mind wants it to be but be open, open to allowing the Divine to step in and be open to allow and receive. Be receptive, BE RECEPTIVE. Us givers feel it’s selfish to receive. It’s part of self care to allow help in, it’s part of our birthright to receive, as we allow love in, we give love and the cycle continues. Be open to receive miracles. This feeling of selfishness for taking care of ourselves is breaking down in the system, it can hurt at times but it has to happen in order to allow love in, break down the walls around the heart, open the heart, it’s been closed for a very long time.

Meditate- Kundalini meditation, breath work, deep breathing, guided meditation, mantras, just meditate. Constant-Consistency, be consistent but do not lie to yourself. If you know you can only do 10 minutes than stick to it and if you can do an hour but only choose to do 5 minutes than it is what it is, just don’t lie to yourself. We have been conditioned to lie, to make excuses to the most important person in our lives, the self. The self knows when it’s lied to. “Own it.”

Affirm- Affirm love. I choose love today. And be open to allowing and receiving all the loving abundance the Universe has to offer. I am now grounded.

Stay Grounded- We tend to hang out, outside of our bodies due to trauma, pain, distractions, worry, stress, etc. So important to call our energy back into our bodies. By calling ourselves back from all time, places and spaces. Call back all pieces of yourself that you may have given up unconsciously or consciously to another. “I call back my power and energy back into my physical body now”. Command it back, put your hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly, breathe and then ask “Higher self, show me what my energy feels like”. You may feel your throat close, anxious, your stomach or head hurt, feel it, sit in it for a moment (thoughts may enter into your mind, perhaps a person that made you angry during the day, or you were worrying about a child, work, or something from 10 years ago, whatever comes to mind, just be the witness, allow and observe). Thank your higher self and then ask that you be cleared of all that is not of you, all that is not for you, all that does not belong to you and all that does not serve you and breathe. Ask that you be grounded. Imagine a bolt of light coming down directly from Divine Source and imagine golden liquid melted honey like light dissolving this energy away and grounding your energy to the New Earth. Allowing the Earth’s energy to heal and balance your mind, body and spirit. And then thank God, the Universe, your Angels, guides, higher self (whatever it is that you call that all loving presence). “Thank you for clearing, cleansing, uplifting, grounding and protecting my energy and auric field at all times. Thank you, thank you, thank you and so it is.”

Forgiveness

Forgiveness can heal deep wounds, open the heart and free us all. It’s been a while since I’ve shared an audio message and because I wanted to talk about forgiveness today I felt this recording from last year was very fitting. Even from when I recorded this message I can see the growth in myself. I mention acceptance as well, as I feel forgiveness goes hand and hand with acceptance. Sometimes in order to fully accept we need to be able to forgive ourselves and others first. I share a personal story about someone that I felt wasn’t giving me what I wanted, when I wanted it and how I expected it. They didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear so I judged by making a statement, that the person was not where I was…which isn’t a bad thing as there is no right or wrong place for where we are. And I realize now the person was exactly where they needed to be because they were reflecting back to me the amount of acceptance I had for myself at the time. We are all mirrors for each other, so if we can truly forgive ourselves, love ourselves, accept ourselves, guess what, we will radiate that energy out a million times over because love is stronger than fear, and as it radiates, it magnetizes back more love and more acceptance.

I share a simple forgiveness practice in this audio that helped me to transform. And in this post I am sharing a heart healing transmission mantra. If you can say the following words in the mirror it is extremely powerful but if not that is okay too.

Forgiveness (Heart Healing Love transmission)

I am safe to forgive experiences of my past that have caused me deep pain. 

I am ready to forgive those that I feel have contributed to my pain. 

I am ready to forgive myself knowing I have done nothing wrong.

I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you.

I release you into the light with love and deep forgiveness here and now, releasing all fears, judgement and negativity into the light to be transmuted into positive loving energy. The light is now shined upon all darkness.

I am open to allowing and receiving the loving healing energy of the Universe, wrapped in a bubble of white diamond healing light, love, compassion and the golden healing light of forgiveness.

Card Reading (9/12/2019)

(The Good Tarot by Colette Baron-Reid)

After my morning practice I asked for a message that is for the highest good of all and I love this story the Universe is telling us in this three card reading. (Card 1: Where are we now, Card 2: What actions are in motion and Card 3: Where we are headed). The perfection of the Universe and how there is a Divine time and order to everything, even what we may perceive as the most insignificant details are significant in their own way. The Universe continues to amaze me and I am constantly reminded just how Divinely guided we all are.

Hierophant (Spiritual practices). This card has repeatedly come up several times recently and has to do with our commitment to our spiritual practices. When we have daily practices that assist us not only in our daily lives to live in more peace, joy and a more balanced life but it also helps to keep us connected to our higher power. When we can co-create with a higher power it is evident in our lives as Spirit/ the Universe will bring forth synchronicity and an added ease felt in life as if everything is going our way.

9 of Air (Shifting negative self-talk to self-compassion, from fear to possibility, a call to faith). This card compliments and goes so well with the first card. As we do our daily practices in connection with the Divine we are taking time to release fears, doubts, insecurities and transmuting those difficult fearful energies into more love, compassion, possibility and deepening our faith. We become more gentle with ourselves knowing many fears are a false story waiting to let go of us. During our practices it gives us space to allow the Universe to assist us with this releasing process which in turn shows us the limitless possibilities that we have access to here and now. And helps us to connect to the truth of who we really are.

Fortune’s Wheel (where Destiny meets synchronicity). This is the icing on the cake and completes the story that Spirit is trying to tell us in this reading. Once again as we commit to practices, we release fear and open ourselves to the loving possibilities to be brought into alignment with our Destiny. Knowing the Universe has our back. This natural give and take, ebb and flow, shows us our commitment to practices, releases the false fearful stories that then we can build on that loving Universal Energetic Momentum where everything seems to fit and we are shown just how connected we are. The dots are so connected and we are in perfect alignment with the All that is, our highest self and our Destiny begins to show itself to us. It unfolds effortlessly and easily. As it may seem almost too easy and becomes so obvious. This is when synchronicity really gets fun and then we are reminded of why we’ve made a commitment to ourselves, the Universe, our daily practices to begin with.

I absolutely loved these messages. The above are my own interpretations of the meaning behind the cards but very similar to what is provided by Colette Baron-Reid. Spiritual Practice

Hierophant- Spiritual Practice

This is the second time in less than two weeks that this card has come up. (From Colette Baron-Reid, The Good Tarot).

When this card appears, it reminds me to be committed to a spiritual practice to ensure a conscious contact to my higher power. When I have a daily practice of prayer and meditation steeped in gratitude and committed to being a co-creator, life works out in wonderous ways. Rituals are in my highest good at this time. Exchanging vows is also highlighted.

Just recently I had a discussion with a family member about practices. I truly try not to come off too preachy but spoke of my own personal experiences of how I know for my own sanity I have to commit to my practices of meditation, writing, walks, excercise, prayer, etc. I’ve began a job where I am working with people in a customer service role and I feel a huge difference from when I had similar jobs in the past. I’m not overtaken by others anymore. Instead of trying to quiet my mind, instead of telling myself to calm down, instead of forcing myself to feel anything different than what is arising my practices do it for me. The inner chatter is no longer constant, there is a lot more quiet, in moments where I am triggered I can take a deep breath and truly let it go, I’m not riddled with anxiety all day long and I don’t feel so much anger.

I feel we all have to get to a certain point before we take action to create change in our lives. Believe me I know, I’ve been there and know it’s not easy. And even now there are times I have to force myself. But I know when I do the work, I feel a difference. Even with my Reiki self healing practice, it would seem so simple but even that many times I force myself to sit still so I can receive this beautiful healing energy and when done…wow what a difference in my day, my being, my life. It’s amazing how much we will tolerate what we don’t want to feel because we’ve been so programmed to believe that life is only about suffering. Yes in our suffering we can learn a lot but there is another side that can feel like bliss, peace even feelings of complete euphoria and ecstasy at times. And we are all so powerful and limitless that we can tap into this place within and all we have to do is say yes to ourselves, to show up for ourselves just like you would show up for a child, a pet, a parent in need, a friend, a loved one. The person that is craving your attention the most is you, your soul and when you give yourself that time and space to be, the shifts will happen. I know because it happened to me.

I understand why people who have connected with that sweet spot want to share all the time because once you feel that shift you know anything is possible, we all have the capacity to heal, grow and love. We all are able to connect within to a love that goes beyond the physical. And although yes our bodies are our way here, our journey to the formless divine love that exist within all. That exist within our hearts, is within reach and within all existence as the Universal One.

Subconscious Reprogramming, Release, Relief

Subconscious Reprogramming, Release, Relief and why it is beneficial: The subconscious can only hold so much before it over flows. Due to the rise of technology and the massive amounts of input at our finger tips we need to rework our systems to handle this as we were not designed for this obsessive, compulsive, look up everything kind of access. People will begin to feel insane and sometimes this can happen in a moment. This has been a part of my experience so I can have a deeper understanding of how to help others that are experiencing symptoms due to this. As Collectively we are going through a subconscious release to shift the patriarchy, the Egoic, conditioned programming that will no longer work on the New Earth (the children of now don’t understand it and will not tolerate it, they came in with different programming, different light codes to help us shift out of this outdated way of being and living).

When we are conscious, we become self-aware. Aware of our thoughts and the programming which is our deep ingrained taught way of being, our beliefs that we soaked up like a sponge until we were 7 years old. These beliefs have been playing out in our world for so long. As we pay attention to the constant chatter that flows in our minds which is an outcome, based on our inner belief system, as well as the outer input that we allow in and soak up due to the fact that we can all feel on a much deeper level (energy transference). We can become the witness to the judgments we make about others and ourselves. Begin to ask where did this originate? Why do I think this way? Why do I believe this? Does it serve me? Does it feel good? Does it bring me joy or do I feel horrible, guilt and shame filled for having these thoughts? If so know it is quite normal. We are human, the human conditioning we have been born into is shifting and changing, which is a good thing. The outdated conditioning is breaking down over the next couple of years within each of us and we are literally receiving a DNA upgrade within our cellular memory (similar to a computer or an app that every now and again needs the updated version applied to it in order for it to run at it’s optimized strength and speed).

But change is usually not easy, if it was then everyone would do it. Many may say they want change but what I have seen (even in myself until I was forced to create change) they rather go through years of feeling horrible than do the inner work to create the change we want to see in our lives. We look back at let’s say 20, 30, 40 years of the same unserving behavioral patterns, as well as unwanted, uncomfortable physical ailments that can turn into chronic pain, that we keep complaining about but when approached with “you can finally heal this”, you can change that old lie and given the tools to do so, many run for the hills.

We are taught we don’t talk about certain things, families have secrets, skeletons in the closet and they need to stay in the closet. People die and we are told you get one week of bereavement pay because you should be over it in a week, there are so many rules that no longer work and will no longer apply in our evolving culture. Not in our evolving society, anymore. Look at what we have built a tolerance to. If you watch the news for 5 minutes, how many shootings, violence against another, bullying, robberies, how much hatred and anger erupts in our face in those 5 minutes? But yet we are conditioned that if we are not glued to this programming than we will miss out on something. This is our fear based world, that we have become numb to, why do we continue to accept so much fear? It has been our “norm”but it is no longer.

We have been brought to our knees and what I was asked during my Dark Night of the Soul experience is who is my biggest trigger?, If the darkness were to attack my children would I change? Of course. Well guess what your children feel, hear and see the parents shadows, they know your families secrets, they came here to be the light and to shine their light on our shadows. If we see them in pain will that finally make this madness stop? We will have no choice but to do the work, when we see our children fall to their knees at 7, 8, 9 years old watching your child have panic attacks, visions of being beaten, attacked verbally and physically but not their own trauma and hurt, to be the witness so that they can transmute our pain into light. To do what many volunteered to do which is turn your fear into love. To teach you how to love yourself. Because if we are not going to witness it someone has to, for it to be healed (this is science, not woo, woo stuff, it’s Quantum physics/ Quantum healing….the act of observing makes it so and heals).

I have held back for way too long about what I know, what I’ve been told, and how our children are the most brilliant beautiful innocent beings of pure love. They literally can walk into a store and everyone in the store shifts. I’ve seen it happen, unfortunately the child will begin to feel panicked, like they can’t breathe, sick to their stomach and practically drop whatever they have in their hands and run out to get away from all our garbage, from our energy. Or they drop down and have a tantrum out of no where. And Autism, these are the biggest light workers and you think they can’t communicate, they are telepathically speaking to us, you just have to much clutter in your brain to hear them. Or you just can’t believe that, telepathy is a thing but you’ll believe a prognoses and scary diagnoses.

Wake up people because if you do not take the steps to take care of yourself, your home, your side of the street, the garbage can only be piled so high before it implodes or explodes. This may seem harsh and I usually am not this brash but I experienced it. It was not easy and was not fun but there are ways to bring yourself to balance, to heal. I’ve spent the past couple of years testing so many different tools to be brought back to where I began and that was Kundalini Yoga Breath work/Meditation. I will be honest my nervous system was shot after my Dark Night of the Soul Experience in May 2018 but by making a commitment to self care to include practices that are consistent and combining Self Reiki healing (among other tools, such as, Mirror work, journaling, nature walks, prayer, so many self care tools to choose from. And perhaps it’s not a one size fits all and I hope you find what works for you). But this is the strongest I have felt ever. Perhaps I can be a mentor and a guide to assist you to find what works for you, as we all are transitioning and transforming.

And this strength not only helps me but ripples out and now my energy stays within my energy field and my aura acts like a lighted shield from negativity. I still feel and can connect but in a way that now my empathic nature has become a super power (I can feel the lies, I can feel the in-authenticity, I can feel the power of another, someone that is centered and full of love and some that could use a bit of strengthening in their own system. I can see through the perfect social media family portrait and feel the stress on those smiling faces. And I can have deep compassion because I know what it feels like, when we have to juggle so much and don’t feel we have time to give to the most important person in your life….You, the person you have look in the mirror).

This is a Suggested Tool and I suggest begin this practice today: So Darshan Chakra Kriya (a Kundalini breathwork meditation to get rid your subconscious garbage, de-clutter the mind and bring balance to the left and right side of the brain and our nervous system). This has saved my life along with other tools that I will share. Look it up on YouTube, super easy begin with 5 minutes and then increase to 11 minutes and so on. More tools to come, you may also contact me for a Reiki Session and I have no problem doing Reiki on children but parents need to do a session first and may need more than one session (I have witnessed after the parent heals, the child/children no longer have the issues the parents were seeing because it’s not the child’s issue it’s the parents that the child has taken on in some way).

Sound Healing Frequency

We are all shape shifting, with the way change is a constant in our lives. Rapid energy swirling all around, the Universe asking us to step it up. Not much that we have to do or that has to be done as we are being done whether we realize it or not. Change and new we all desired, especially since we are a culture of the instant, the “I want it right here and right now.” We asked for it, we pushed it forward and now we are in it and some may not know how to handle it. Making decisions can sometimes have us feeling our judgement is clouded, where do we turn when there are so many options. Options are good, aren’t they? Except now everywhere we turn there is a new way of eating, sleeping, meditating, working, parenting, sexing, relation-shipping, who is right? who is wrong? What do we choose? This is where we have to go within, otherwise we will get lost in a sea of options, sinking like a ship in decisions, constantly wondering did I make the right one.

Sometimes in this dualistic world we live in, we need to know what we truly want by having experiences that allow us to know the opposite of what we want. When we think about it whether we feel it works out or not, it is always working out. As long as we are not so attached to the outcome and believe this is the direction that is needed to take, our soul always knows and even then we still need to be shown what we don’t want to know what we do want.

So many ways to help soothe and heal us during this time of transition. One of the many ways I have found is sound, song, mantras. Human vocal cords, allow the sound to radiate, uplift, heal. Within all is a wave, a current when connected to the frequency (call it God frequency, Angelic frequency, a higher frequency of love, of light). The light connectors, the neurons in the brain begin to fire off receptors and are catching the light, they are in tune and tuning into a frequency that is meant for them. The act of pushing can feel unsure and create resistance, the art of allowing allows the energy of receiving to open up. We become the transmission and transmitters, dialed into the right station for healing, for joy. Meditation, yoga, breath work allows to open the pathways within us to allow our light to flow, fluid, clearing blockages of fear, stuck emotion, things of our past.

As the body and the Universe work in conjunction with the heart, with spirit, it is like the perfect sounding tuning fork of energy goes through the spine (as above so below), our cells, our system to regenerate and make new healthy cells and make our already healthy cells more vital and vibrant. As this occurs our frequency raises our vibration, we ascend into more love and more joy. We can get to a place that even as we are just living, being present, the work is being done internally. As we slow down in these moments be aware of the breath, feel the light as it vibrates within and all around, it reverberates out to your surroundings to find your vibrational match and the Universe brings forth synchronization through events, people and situations.

Going within is not new age woo woo stuff, there is truth, wisdom and science to back it up. But if you do not believe, try it for yourself. Give yourself the challenge of incorporating Kirtan Kriya (11 to 60 minutes a day for 40 days). I chose Kirtan Kriya because it is a super easy mantra and this is how I began my journey of self discovery. This is the Kundalini meditation practice that shifted me in ways I never thought possible. The shifts subtle at first and then BAM it’s miracles all over the place.

Give yourself permission

Begin to really look at your habits and what you do on a day to day basis. Where do you focus a lot of your time and energy? Where are you energetically? Are you physically at home but your thoughts are at work, with your kids, your ex, etc? Are you a person that feels it’s not right to sit (equate that to laziness)? Do you have a difficult time giving yourself a break? Do you feel guilty when you rest as though if you are not constantly moving than you will get in trouble? Have you ever complained and used the phrase “I feel like I’m a slave to my kids or spouse” (could be that you actually set up a slave contract prior to incarnating that needs to be broken). If so, it’s now time to become aware of our patterns and intentionally do the opposite. In the middle of the day you could stop the busyness, lay down, take a nap, watch a funny show, read a book, do the opposite of what you normally would do and allow yourself to rest.

Give yourself permission to do nothing (what feels like non action is really a huge energy shift towards self-love). And ask your soul to help you with this, ask why do I have such a hard time allowing myself rest? The answers are there, you may receive them while walking, in meditation, doing the dishes but once you begin to ask, your soul will provide you with the answers because all the answers to your questions are already within you. Usually if you are asking a “should I do this ______? What I’ve been told is if I am asking it is usually so. Something to think about. The same goes for the opposite if you are a person that makes excuses, spends a lot of time watching t.v. or doing nothing perhaps it’s time to move your body, go for an intentional walk, clean out a draw or closet.

We cannot change our habits by continuing doing the same things, we need to either add or subtract something in our lives and we cannot receive the answers from the same consciousness that created the “problem”. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Well this is similar to that and although I don’t think we need to be hard on ourselves while trying to make these positive changes, as it has been so deeply ingrained in us to the things we do. Change is not easy but possible.

Decision Making (authentically)

When we feel self-love & have a healthy self esteem, it becomes easier to make decisions from an authentic place. Many of us have a difficult time making decisions, even simple decisions can have some of us spiralling out of control. I’ve been in those indecisive shoes many of times, when even the simple things in life begin to feel chaotic. That’s when it’s time to go into my tool box, grab a self care practice or two. It’s time to do some self healing, take the time to be still, run Reiki through me to bring me back to balance and clarity. This week I experienced the tail end of Mercury Retrograde (although I don’t know the specifics of what Mercury Retrograde is I definitely felt and experienced the energy of it). It felt as though I was going backwards, very sensitive, couldn’t think clearly, felt defensive, just off. Luckily after a Reiki session I was brought back to my center, felt energized yet calm and very clear again.

During these times of high vibration and light streaming in, it is natural that old stuff is going to come up to be healed. In the process though it can at times feel painful and uncomfortable. Luckily there are many self care practices that you can implement to bring you back to balance with a quickness (this is why I have daily self care practices that are non negotiable).

When you are unsure of what decision to make, here is a simple decision making question, ask “Does this lift me up without putting someone else down?” Ask yourself this question as you make choices throughout your day! And if you do not have a daily self care practice begin to look into ways that you can give to yourself. This will boost your self esteem and your self worth!

Meditation

A commitment to a meditation practice is the number one way of creating a positive shift in our lives. It will create balance in our mind, body and spirit. Gain and improved clarity, stability, health and an overall feeling of wellbeing. Over time you will notice as life happens you can stay calm in moments that you may before have reacted to. A feeling of positivity, more joy. There are many ways of meditating, deep breathing, mantras, breath work, yoga meditations, walking meditations, guided meditations, find the meditation that works for you, one that will keep you wanting to come back for more. And remember it’s like working a muscle it gets easier and the results are better over time (it’s the cumulative).

Remember not to be so hard on yourself in the beginning, just be aware that you have committed to self-care, to meditate and are trying your best, which is a step in the right direction. Begin with 5 minutes and know that you can meditate anywhere (even in the bathroom on the toilet if you have too…it’s you and your breathe…no need to get dressed up but if you like the ritual of lighting a candle, have a certain room or spot in your home that is perfect too). The energy you create in that area will be so beautiful because you are giving time to you, much needed time to yourself. So many people say it’s difficult to keep their mind quiet but that’s the thing you don’t have to, find good guided meditations or repeat in your mind on the in breath Inhale and on the out breathe Release. Simple, we make this way harder than it needs to be. Your soul will thank you and once you’ve been doing it for a while your outer world will reflect the calmness in your inner world.
